How to Create QR Code in Microsoft Word.

A QR Code is a machine scannable image that can be read using a smartphone. A QR Code contains several black squares, which represent pieces of information. QR in QR Code stands for “Quick Response.”


Steps to Create QR Code in Microsoft Word


Step 1:

Click on the "Get Add-ins" on the top navigation bar.



Step 2:

Get the "QR4Office " and then add it to the My Add-ins lists. Whatever you will add from the "Get Add-ins" all will be listed in "My Add-ins" where you can easily access and can use any time.




Whatever we add , is listed in My Add-ins . See the image below:




Step 3:

As you can see in the below image. The QR4Office will be in the Right side.


Now you just need to write the link of the QR code.



You can Change the color of the QR Code, change the size of QR Code and also increase the Error Correction upto 30%.


Step 4:

After adding the link, click on insert.



Step 5:

Your QR Code is ready. For testing you can scan and see the result.
